occur.
- Product weights and packaging are approximate.

3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via accepted methods (credit/debit card,
PayPal, etc.).
- Sales tax (if applicable) and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues are beyond our
control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
- International shipping may be subject to customs fees (buyer’s responsibility).

5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of dried foods, we do not accept returns after sale.
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders due to customer error.

- Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase if unfulfilled.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
